About the Role
This is a newly created role to add more technical expertise to the existing warranty team of 4 people which is part of a larger quality team of 16 people. Reporting through to the Warranty Manager, you will support with root cause analysis, manage customer complaints, analyse complaint data and compile reports, and participate in FMEA/8D investigations. There will be interaction with both internal and external stakeholders and necessitates strong communication skills and the ability to utilise SAP and/or Excel.
