Role : WAS Admin Experience : 4 to 8 years Location : Chennai Key words : Websphere application Server administrators Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) WebSphere: Monitor and support WebSphere Application Server(WAS -8.5) Configure and manage WebSphere cluster, data source and JMS Perform deployment of enterprise application in PROD, QA environments Troubleshoot application server related issues. Apply fixpack and manage SSL certificates. Monitor performance metrics, JVM heap utilization, GC logs etc Strong knowledge of WebSphere ND architecture, profiles, and admin console. Hand-on experience with Linux and shell scripting. Monitoring tool experience with ELK, Grafana . Change management process for planned changes.
