Opportunity Description
Responsible for safe and efficient washcoat production during the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, and production requirements. Lead shift operations, develop team capability, drive shift performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall factory objectives.Manage daily productionoperationsensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production targets. Monitor and control key production KPIs including First Time Right (FTR), Tank Turnaround Time, COPQ%, and material consumption variance.
