As a Fat, Oil, and Grease (FOG) Inspector, you will be an integral member of a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of essential wastewater services. Based in Waterbury, Connecticut, this role involves performing a range of duties in support of the Industrial Pretreatment and FOG Programs. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting field inspections of Waterbury Food Service Establishments (FSEs), as well as commercial and industrial facilities, to verify compliance with pretreatment requirements.
