Water Research and Engagement

The position reports to the Assistant Director of Water Resiliency to develop and implement initiatives and programs to fulfill the terms of existing sponsored research and community assistance projects, with the following areas of focus: environmental funding, finance, and policy; community resiliency; and Native Nations support services. Integral to this position is the ability to build relationships with community partners, including Native Nations and Indigenous communities, applying existing knowledge and skillsets to support capacity building for clean, safe water.

This position will also seek out and develop new funding sources to further the mission of the Syracuse University ISE and its Environmental Finance Center.
