• Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues- Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance
• Assist with repairs as needed- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required experience:
• Previous experience in repair or maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing systems is a plus
• Familiarity with plumbing techniques And plumbing tools is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
