Location: Remote with site assessment travel as task order requires
Rate $165 per hour (consultant direct rate)
1099 Engagement — Independent Contractor: This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, not W-2 employment. Consultants set their own hours within defined deadlines for deliverables, maintain their own equipment, and are free to work for other clients. No PSCG benefits apply; consultants manage their own taxes, insurance, and retirement.
