Opportunity Description
Position Summary
The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive Human Resources support for an assigned client account, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and the client on matters related to employee administration, payroll, labor compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of HR processes and compliance with Colombian labor laws, under the supervision of the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
- Ensure employee records and personnel files are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Prepare and coordinate employment-related documentation, including employment certifications, salary verification letters, and HR correspondence.
- Maintain HR systems, databases, trackers, and employee records.
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests with timely, professional, and service-oriented support.
