Weatherization crews are provided uniforms, tools, and an agency work truck for transportation to job sites . As Weatherization Crew Leader you will:
+ Oversee the work of crew members and ensure jobs are completed per work scope specs and on schedule
+ Work alongside crews to install insulation and windows, air seal residential buildings, clean, tune, and repair heating systems, and other tasks as directed
