Web3 Practice Leader

The Web3 Practice Leader is accountable for building, scaling, and leading the firm's web3 practice across strategy, go‑to‑market, presales, delivery, and people leadership. This role combines deep domain expertise in digital assets with strong commercial acumen and delivery leadership to drive sustained revenue growth, market credibility, and client success. The role partners closely with sales leadership, delivery teams, and ecosystem partners, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders while ensuring high‑quality execution across the practice portfolio.
