Role Purpose

Firstsource is rebuilding its enterprise web presence on Webflow Enterprise, backed by a modern, API-first, full-stack architecture. This role leads the engineering effort across the entire website platform — owning the technical vision multi-domains digital estate where Webflow serves as both the CMS and visual development environment, while Next.js/React powers custom front-end experiences and server-side logic where Webflow’s native capabilities end.

You will architect how Webflow’s CMS, Designer, and APIs integrate with custom application logic, third-party services, and data systems. The expectation is a builder who can move between Webflow’s visual environment and code with equal fluency — and who brings the architectural judgment to know when each is the right tool. You are expected to have a working understanding of other development platforms to enable migration.
