Wedding Sales Manager (Hilton Singapore Orchard)

A Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for maximization of revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, meetings and events by driving sales acquisitions, maximizing business opportunities, and increasing business conversions.

• Ensure all inquiries are responded to in a prompt and professional manner and updated in Delphi fdc system.
• Respond to all guests’ enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate and updated database of contacts, group and meeting enquiries.
• Work with all stakeholders to ensure support for business conversion, including follow up on leads’ conversion with support from room sales team; work with business support and revenue team for optimized pricing strategy and support for exceptional service delivery from operations teams of Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to deliver exemplary guests service.
