**Position Summary**

The **Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician** is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing complex manufacturing production equipment to meet planned **production** , **quality** , and **safety** standards. This role supports a wide range of equipment and systems, including **CNC machining centers** , **creep feed grinders** , **laser ablation equipment** , and other advanced manufacturing processes. The technician will work with **electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems** , performing analytical and functional troubleshooting, executing preventive maintenance (PM), and driving equipment reliability improvements. This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations, working with chemicals, and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek.
