POSITION SUMMARY

In alignment with Pfizer China’s 2030 strategy to advance healthcare quality systems and improve patient outcomes, the Market Access Department has established the Pfizer China 2030 MAx Project — a landmark collaboration to drive policy innovation and resource optimization. This role will spearhead strategic partnerships with central and local government bodies, academic institutions, hospitals and medical alliances to operationalize China’s Health-First Development Strategy, focusing on high-quality medical resource expansion to underserved regions and the advancement of tiered diagnosis/treatment systems. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams to shape market access strategies, advocate for policy reforms aligned with Pfizer’s therapeutic portfolios (e.g., anti-infectives, oncology, etc.)...
