Duties and Responsibilities
- Data capturing and completion of various reports i.e. Diesel report, Yams, ASMS/Maintenance job cards
- Assist with dispatch operations
- Scheduling & verifying loads according to orders
- Analyze the order & quantities required for each job
- Maintain the records of all orders received, dispatched correctly; accurately ensure all delivery notes are signed, etc.
- Report any dispatch & related problems to the immediate superior immediately
- Any other reasonable & lawful work‑related instruction & given to the employee by an authorized person
- Adhere to all SHE rules and regulations that are applicable on the site e.g. Induction Training
