Summary

We’re looking for someone with a gift for helping everyone to feel welcome to join us as a Welcome Manager in Carding Mill Valley, leading our small but vital welcome team.

You'll be ready to juggle the day-to-day challenges of a busy visitor operation along with delivering financial targets and reports, growing support for the National Trust and supporting the new strategy 'People and Nature Thriving'.

Internally you'll be known as a 'Welcome Manager (Band 2)'.
