**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on independently and efficiently fitting, fabricating, and welding ornamental and structural steel and aluminum components. You will primarily use MIG welding, with additional exposure to Flux Core and other welding processes, while interpreting construction drawings and working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fit, fabricate, and weld ornamental steel and aluminum components independently and efficiently.
+ Perform MIG welding as a primary process and use Flux Core and SMAW welding as needed.
+ Lay out structural steel members such as wide flanges, hollow structural sections, and related components.
+ Interpret architectural and structural details from construction drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
