Opportunity Description
We are seeking motivated, hardworking welders to join our team for ongoing repair and maintenance projects. This role involves working in demanding environments, including grain terminals and feed mills.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fitting for structural and mechanical components
- Repair and maintain equipment and structures in industrial settings
- Operate tools and equipment
- Work safely at heights and around heavy equipment
- Assist with installation, alignment, and assembly of steel components
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of welding experience
- Experience with fitting and related trade work
- Ability to read and follow blueprints
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work 12-hour shifts
