We’re hiring **MIG Welders** to join a growing manufacturing team building **small and large industrial equipment** . If you’re a hands-on welder who can read prints and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a stable, high-demand environment.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Perform **MIG welding** on small and large machinery and structural components
+ Read and interpret **blueprints, weld symbols, and shop orders**
+ **Work from assembly prints and pick lists** to complete builds accurately
+ Operate **overhead and jib cranes** to safely move materials and finished products
+ Weld in **multiple positions** (flat, vertical, horizontal)
+ Inspect your work to ensure **quality and minimize scrap**
**What We’re Looking For**
+ **MIG welding experience (or recent welding school grads welcome)...
