**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine sequence and methods of assembling components.
+ Interpret work orders and utilize basic hand tools such as tape measurers and specialty equipment.
+ Operate all equipment within the work area and perform rework as required.
+ Support Production System initiatives and participate in continuous improvement events.
+ Cross-train and move to other work areas to support production needs.
+ Lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines on material using shop math and layout techniques.
