Role Overview

Are you a rare talent who can design a solution in SolidWorks and then head to the shop floor to TIG weld it into reality? We are seeking a Prototype Welder Fabricator to lead manufacturing innovation. This is not a production line job; you will be the bridge between initial concepts and final quality products, specializing in high-precision prototyping, custom tooling, and Lean manufacturing improvements.
