This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$28-37/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ Read complex industrial sketches, schematics, engineering layouts, and canonical weld symbols
+ Assemble, align, and secure metal workpieces using custom-built jigs and fixtures
+ Master oxyacetylene torches, plasma arc cutters, and air carbon arc gouging tools
+ Operate angle grinders, bandsaws, shears, punches, and defect-testing instruments
+ Maintenance and tuning of voltage, wire feed speed, gas flow (CFM), and machine components
