**Pay:** $22-25.00 per hour
**Shift Options:**
+ **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2-2-3 schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then rotates)
**Position Overview**
We are seeking experienced Welders to support large-scale manufacturing operations within the growing green energy sector. This role involves MIG welding on mild and stainless steel, along with material preparation and general fabrication duties in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel
+ Prepare materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished products
+ Maintain welding equipment and manage consumables
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
+ Collaborate effectively in a high-volume production setting
