This role focuses on performing high-quality MIG weld repairs on metal parts that automated robotic welders miss during production. You will interpret blueprints, maintain strong production output, and ensure every part meets quality standards for use in large-scale warehouse and distribution center projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG repair welds on parts that were missed or not fully completed by robotic welders.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand weld locations, specifications, and quality requirements.
+ Inspect parts before and after welding to ensure welds meet quality and structural standards.
+ Keep up with established production numbers while maintaining consistent weld quality.
+ Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
+ Load parts into machines when needed to support the welding and production process.
