Opportunity Description

Summary You will serve as a Welding Worker in the Programs and Industries Department of NAVAL CONSOLIDATED BRIG MIRAMAR. Responsibilities You will determine the quality of welds through accepted visual inspection standards. You will demonstrate welding techniques, procedures, and safety precautions to welder trainees. You will advise personnel on the use of welding tools and equipment for safe operation. You will enforce safety, fire, and other regulations to ensure safe welding work practices. You will alter lesson plans to reach and motivate students of diverse ages, backgrounds, and levels of interpretation. You will lead discussions to provide greater understanding of course content.
