Mondays 9a-1p, Monday-Wednesday 1p-4p, Tuesday-Friday 4p-8p
Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Health & Wellness Director, the Wellness Coach is responsible for greeting and engaging members, maintaining a safe and clean wellness area and support member’s needs. The position is responsible for demonstrating YMCA leadership competencies to ensure the mission, purpose, image and core values of the YMCA of Greater Rochester are conveyed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively listen to members and respond promptly and appropriately. Empower members to develop confidence and self-motivation. Provide continuous feedback and guidance to members.
