Directly connected to Somerset MRT

• Welcome walk-in clients warmly and professionally, in line with the premium brand standards of Shugar Prestige
• Introduce available services, packages, and ongoing promotions with confidence and clear product knowledge
• Manage smooth check-in and check-out experiences, including payment collection, receipt issuance, and package redemption
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the reception and lounge areas at all times

• Act as the first point of contact across all digital channels, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries via WhatsApp, WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ...
