Job Summary
Manage the general daily maintenance, account administration and service implementation to deliver the design, coordination, negotiation and implementation of a customer solution.Job Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in health insurance, hospitals/clinics, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare services.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, or other healthcare-related fields.
Good understanding of healthcare processes, including treatment flow, benefit plans, and claims (is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with providers (hospitals, clinics, medical professionals), brokers, and clients.
Ability to analyze customer/patient needs with a strong service-oriented mindset.
