Opportunity Description
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to join our team. If you have a strong background in tele-calling/BPO training and a flair for coaching teams to success, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Train new and existing tele-callers on products and sales techniques
• Conduct engaging training sessions, including role plays
• Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback
• Enhance communication, objection handling, and closing skills
• Identify training needs and drive refresher programs
Requirements:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in telemarketing or training (preferably from BPO/Tele-calling background)
• Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
