Duties
Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance including patch plastering, skimming, rendering repairs, and making good worksPreparing surfaces and ensuring a high-quality finish on all plastering worksAttending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframesCarrying out secondary trades when requiredProviding excellent customer service when working in tenanted propertiesEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations Requirements
