To contribute to the success of the Will Drafting Centre by ensuring that all Wills and Trust Deeds are drafted professionally, accurately, efficiently and timeously to the entire satisfaction of the Channel and providing technical drafting and estate planning support to the Channel, ensuring all technical information and documentation complies with South African legal requirements.

Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions, cultivating and managing objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including end-users, SME’s, project managers and staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and amend Wills, Trust Deeds and other estate planning documents.
• Interpret Will instructions, ensure correct introducer details are recorded, and draft and amend Wills accurately as required.
