Opportunity Description
The Junior Sommelier/Wine Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing all wine-related operations within the assigned location, ensuring that guests receive exceptional wine service and education. As Cork Wine Bar & Shop Inc. is the official wine partner and concessionaire of First Meridian Lounge and the company responsible for managing the wine cellar within the lounge, this role plays a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of wine presentation, inventory management, and guest experience.
The Sommelier/Wine Specialist serves as a brand ambassador for Cork Wine Bar & Shop, promoting wine appreciation while maximizing wine sales and ensuring proper stewardship of all wine assets
