**POSITION: WIREWAY ASSOCIATE**
**JOB SUMMARY** :
Responsible for the efficient operation of one or more assigned production areas to produce sheet metal wireway parts in accordance to customer drawings, internal sketches, or other forms of instruction.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**
+ Operate in a safe manner.
+ Read and understand operations manuals.
+ Read and understand process instructions and process drawings.
+ Set up each machine and perform first piece inspections.
+ Perform quality inspections of work.
+ Operate shears, punch presses, press brakes, spot welder, roll former, and other fabrication equipment.
+ Use conventional measuring instruments such as tape measures and micrometers.
+ Assemble parts.
+ Operate forklift.
+ Repetitively lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
+ Use SAP to enter production and check availability of material.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
