Woodyard Operator

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated plant operator to join our small Woodyard team. It is essential that the successful candidate is self‑motivated, can operate as part of team, and work well alone when required.

Woodyard Operator (working on a double day rota)

The function of the Woodyard is to provide fuel and fibre to the CHP plant and pulp mill. Specifically, you will operate woodyard vehicles to transport logs and chipped material, operate computerized systems to control the processes and apply plant isolations/issue permits of work.

Woodyard Operator: Working under the Woodyard Team Leaders instruction the Operators will:

• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Work safely whilst adhering to health, safety and environmental risk assessments, procedures, and production standards
