Work Team Coach Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

**BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:**

This role will be responsible for training all new hires within multiple departments, cross training associates and assist in guiding workflow of basic day-to-day functions in the warehouse.

**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Takes the lead in training new and current associates in partnership with the CFC Learning Specialist. Training consists of but not limited to safety, performance and quality standards.
+ Evaluates associates' progress and provides regular performance updates to the appropriate parties
+ Coaches Associates to higher levels of performance, productivity & quality
