• Production support - Incidents & service requests resolution & problem-solving
• Production support - Support to the integrations from AI to other HR & finance systems
• Any enhancements/process improvements on AI
• Consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices
• Working with end-users to document the business requirements and create technical solutions based on functional requirements - with attention to detail
• Supporting budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights for Finance
• Analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet based models)
• Responding to client support questions and requests via phone and email
• Interacting with product vendor (in this case, Workday) for any support queries
