Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel to London.

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement and administration of the Workday platform for a leading organisation.

This is a remote‑first contract role with occasional travel to London for stakeholder meetings and project workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Workday HCM configuration and business processes
• Manage system changes, testing, and release activities
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
• Support process improvements and system enhancements
