Key Responsibilities
1 Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancements in Workday HCM and Compensation
2 Configure compensation plans, bonus structures, and eligibility rules
3 Design Business Process Framework (BPF) for compensation cycles
4 Manage job architecture, org structures, and staffing models
5 Develop advanced reports and calculated fields
6 Ensure data security and compliance for compensation data
7 Oversee data migration and integrations
8 Lead UAT cycles and production deployments
9 Provide post-production support and continuous improvements
Stakeholder Management
1 Act as a primary liaison between HR, Finance, and IT teams
2 Engage with senior leadership for requirement gathering and solution design
3 Drive workshops, discussions, and solution walkthroughs
