:ApplyBoard is seeking a Workday HCM & Payroll Functional Analyst to support one of our school partners in Florida. This role serves as the functional owner of HCM and Payroll business processes end to end.
You will translate how People and Payroll teams need to operate into scalable, well-governed Workday configurations. You will ensure data accuracy, maintain audit-ready processes, and continuously improve how we manage the full hire-to-retire and pay lifecycle. You are the trusted partner who ensures processes not only work, but continue to work through change and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Own hire-to-retire processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, job changes, transfers, leaves, and terminations
Manage organizational structures, supervisory orgs, and position management, including headcount governance
Configure and maintain Workday Business Process Framework
