Job Summary

:

In this role, you will liaise between engineering and field operations and provide guidance on executing constructability plans. You will lead construction design decisions, interdisciplinary reviews, and project staffing. You will monitor construction performance and review deliverables. You will use your expertise to improve Bechtel’s existing methods by initiating project assessments and implementing improvements.

Major Responsibilities:

  • The CSA Workface Planner is responsible for developing IWP’s in addition to being accountable for developing the detailed IWP release plan (90-Day schedule) with the Responsible superintendent, Responsible Field Engineer.
  • The Workface Planner will review general installation priorities and check to assure the work accomplished meets the project requirements.
  • Reviews work scope, checking sequences, access, resources, equipment needs, pre-work, material...
