Smart Manufacturing and Automation (SMA) at Texas Instruments is looking for a **Workflow Automation Engineer** who can fundamentally change how facilities operations run. This role sits at the intersection of deep facilities domain knowledge and sophisticated software engineering — you will work directly with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, design automated solutions, and build systems that scale across a global Facilities organization, including operations, engineering, ESH, and construction.
This role is not about automating tasks in isolation. It involves solving problems in complex operational environments, earn the trust of subject matter experts, and drive and implement workflow automation across systems.
