The role is responsible for leading workforce management and business continuity functions to ensure operational efficiency and resilience. Key responsibilities include workforce forecasting, capacity planning, staffing schedule development, real-time performance monitoring, and workforce optimization to achieve service-level targets. The position also oversees the creation and governance of workforce and business continuity dashboards, reports, and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights to leadership.
