Summary
- Rolling out Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly Capacity Plans.
- Planning batches after coordinating with internal departments such as Ops, HR, Training & IT.
- Creating short, mid & long term forecasts.
- Making weekly/bi-weekly rosters/schedules.
- Ensuring service levels are met along with controlled abandonment rates & maximum schedule adherence.
- Constant interaction with management and client.
- Finding out areas of improvement.
- Generating reports and presentations for internal and external clients.
- Managing a team of 6-10 WFM Executives.
Requirements
- Experience in Workforce Management methodologies, data analytics and data mining.
- Language requirement: English.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and macros (added advantage).
- Proficient in PC applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
