Workforce Transformation & Talent Management (Senior Consultant) Join our growing HR consulting firm. We partner with companies to modernize their workforce. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to help clients redesign their HR functions, adopt new HR technologies, and manage the people side of business changes.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands‑on in‑house experience (HRBP, L&D, Performance Management) who is tired of routine administration and wants to solve real business problems. You don't need to be a tech expert yet, but you must be eager to learn how to integrate AI and digital tools into HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Implementation: Consult on and design talent strategies across the full employee lifecycle (Attraction, Development, Retention). You will have the opportunity to implement these frameworks to ensure they work in practice.
