People Leadership: Lead and develop a high‑performing team of robotics software engineers and specialists, primarily based in Bristol. Conduct one‑on‑one meetings, define performance goals, oversee career development. Foster an inclusive, transparent, results‑oriented culture grounded in trust and collaboration.
