The Workplace Ambassador (WA) in Work Dynamics, Oracle Account is the first point of contact for visitors, users, and vendor personnel. The role ensures a professional and welcoming work environment and manages a wide range of administrative and facilities tasks.

Location: On-site – Singapore

• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, users, and vendor personnel, creating a welcoming environment.
• Answer and screen incoming calls and ensure that the reception desk is always covered.
• Manage mail and parcel deliveries (inbound/outbound), including internal distribution and communications to users.
• Create new hire and resigned employee mail slots.
• Book meeting rooms and Flex Office spaces and handle visitor registration.
