An excellent opportunity has arisen for Workplace Assistants to join a leading law firm in London on fixed-term contracts. These Workplace Assistant roles are hands‑on, department‑based positions providing essential day‑to‑day operational support to Fee Earners, PAs and legal teams.

As a Workplace Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across the department by supporting document handling, reprographics, file management, stationery control and workspace readiness.
