Job Description
- Lead and manage safety governance and risk management activities across Asia under the direction of the Deputy Chief Safety Officer.
- Ensure alignment with global safety frameworks and drive execution at regional and local levels.
- Implement global safety policies and frameworks across Asia.
- Conduct accident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
- Strengthening safety governance, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Support subsidiaries in safety capability development and training programs.
- Monitor incident KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with headquarters and regional management on safety strategy.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and process effectiveness at site level.
