Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer – Cleaning Services

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and relevant legislation

• Review and update Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and Risk Assessments (RAs)

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems

• Assist in internal and external audits

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and rectify unsafe practices or conditions

• Liaise with relevant authorities on safety and environmental matters

• Prepare and submit statutory EHS reports and documentation

• Work closely with project teams and sub-contractors to manage high-risk activities

• Organise and participate in safety meetings

• Travel island-wide to support operational sites

• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
