Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain the Workplace Safety and Health Management System Identify potential safety and health risks and conduct routine inspections & audits
Advise and implement effective risk mitigation plans and safe work procedures
Advise subcontractors and liaise with regulatory authorities regarding safety matters or any complaints/feedback Maintain safety documentation, including safety inspection reports and audit findings.
Identify training needs and conduct safety training sessions
Establish and review regularly WSHE plans (i.e. Fall Prevention Plan, Public Safety Plan, Lifting Plan etc.)Monitor and improve WSHE performance, including identifying unsafe conditions.
Lead investigations into workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Mentor new safety personnel and oversee Safe Management Officers
